Avant d'aider j'ai construit
Les méthodes que je propose viennent de problèmes auxquels j'ai réellement été confronté : données difficiles à exploiter, processus manuels, automatisations fragiles ou outils métier peu adaptés.
J'aime comprendre pourquoi un système ne fonctionne pas, construire une première solution, la confronter au terrain puis l'améliorer jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne réellement utile.
C'est aussi la raison d'être de Supply Chain Kingdom : documenter ce travail, partager ce que j'apprends et montrer aussi bien les réussites que les difficultés rencontrées.
